- ✓Confirm payment to the auction yard is complete — pickup release is issued after payment.
- ✓Have your buyer number, lot number and invoice ready when you book the tow.
- ✓Note the vehicle condition (driveable, non-driveable, missing keys, flat tyres).
- ✓Check the yard’s release deadline — storage fees usually apply after a few days.
